Politic Day, because I don't want to call this entry, "Election Day"

Today is the big day...finally. I know it's been a pretty interesting race, but it wasn't difficult for me to make "Decision 2008".  I'm so tired with all the media coverage. It makes me happy to vote, I feel like I'm doing my civic duty. I always feel bad for mum on days like today, as she's a resident alien she doesn't get to join Dad and I in voting. Personally I think that's rubbish, not only does she work and live in this country, she has citizen children and a husband, and works as a nurse helping other American citizens. I must say, really she has more of a right to vote then I do. I'm not working at the moment (although I want to change that) by not working I'm not paying taxes, and I'm just in school and living at home. I haven't done anything to earn the vote except pay my taxes while working in 2006, be over 18, and an American citizen. One thing that makes me feel a little better though is my Mum's and my political views are quite similar, so at least I'm not casting votes she would hate to see come to be. To end the politic ramble I'm going to say anything too politically charged--only that I hope this election turns out better than the 2004 election. If not I will cry---really I mean it.

Lol oh man that is funny! One of the clocks in the library is wrong and is adjusting by itself, the big hand is going around really fast  XD. I just saw a half an hour go by in 30 seconds heh heh, I'm so easily amused. ...Oh dear, I take it back maybe someone isn't changing it by computer or something, beacuse the time is currently 3:07 and the clock is still winding past  5:30. Strange...  Well I should probably go do some homework since it's already 6:00pm XD, just kidding.
