Thank Goodness

I haven't posted in a while since my computer has been down and I'm a little nervous about posting at school, but I think it's worth a try. It also the only way, for now, I will be able to get a post in unfortunately.

To change the subject a little, I feel much better today! I have been stressing quite a bit lately due to all the school projects I have had, and getting them all done on time. I still don't know why I was given a C on the health project we recently did, but I'm not going to talk about that right now. Today is the day I finally get to get that history project off my back! I hopw it will come out alright. I didn't have any time to practice it. I think I'm ready for it though, and I'm diffinately ready to move on!

Oh I don't want to go to French class in--about five minutes. I used to love French class, but now we have a sub since Mrs. Murrey had her baby, and the sub just moves way to fast! Mrs. Murrey moved at a nice relaxed pace so we were very lucky I think. Our new teacher likes to assign worksheets three at a time. I shouldn't complain things could be a lot worse, lol I could be in college writing my thesis! Mind you though I not old enough to be writing a thesis yet. Well I going to get moving. The bell for class just rang.

Wow I feel so much better! All week I have been stressing about my history presentation but now I have completed it, and I feel so much better for it! Mr. Mueesen (I Spelled that very wrong but it doesn't matter) said he really liked it, and it was very good for explaining something complexed in an easier to understand manner. I'm so glad it turned out well, I was really getting worried there for a moment! *wipes sweat from brow*

Yep, things are really winding down now as far as the school year goes (thank goodness!)! We are watching more movies in class and doing fewer assignments, I shouldn't say things like that I'll gjinks myself. Things do seem to be simmering down now though.

Over the Summer, since we are not doing anything big this year, I'm hoping to do lots of things I haven't had time to do over this past school year. I want to do lots of research for my book and research on Anglo-Saxons. I really want to get a lot of writting done especially on my novel. I want to write at least a little bit on it everyday. I haven't had much time at all to work on it over this school year. I have really hated not being free to work on it as I would like.

Also I am going to work with Guliver! Guliver is mum's 15.3 (or there abouts) beautiful black geilding Tennesse Walker. He is quite green at the moment and really needs to be ridden. I would love to get him to the point that I could take him to SCA and ride him at SCA events! However, I won't be able to do this in one Summer but it will get him on track hopefully. Amanda also said she would gladly help me with him, which is wonderful given she is a great rider and is very good with green horses. Not to mention she's one of my best friends and we haven't hung out in a long time. I'm really looking forward to this Summer! Hopefully with much luck I will be able to go to one SCA event monthly, if not more than once,if I am super lucky! I am so excited!! Medieval/ do whatever Summer here I come! It'll be so nice to be able to stay up late watching movies or writting and then not have to get up at six in the morning.

Changing the subjet just a little I have been thinking about the movie American Beauty a lot today. I love that movie it is very off the wall and interesting and the characters are awesome. I love the artiness of the Jane's boyfriend, and the artiness of the whole film. The filming that they do with the characters imagining of thinking during a scene and then coming back into what is really happening is really different and cool, I think. It reminds me of books, in a good book you can really get into a character's head you miss that in movies. Of course you can fill in the gaps, but it's not the same. The filming technique in American Beauty seems to bridge that gap even if only a small amount. Speaking of American Beauty and the people who made it...Six Feet Under's new season is coming on in June. It should be very cool I'm looking forward to it. It's very interesting too, and has some very arty moments.

Study hall is very long today it feels like, it must be beacuse I'm not trying to get homework done lol. We still have about 15 minutes still in class. I would try and write something, but nothing is coming to mind at the moment. It's somewaht lound in here too with everyone talking, but that's nothing out of the ordinary ;). Well I'm sure I'll think of something to do. I'd write more here, but I'm all talked out lol, which doesn't happen all that often. I'll write again soon I hope.
